As a Swamp Thing die hard, this was a lot
The end of Abby and Alec's story. A tale of love decades old. Definitely my favourite comic book couple. Moore's depiction of their metaphysical love absolutely enraptured my soul.
This finale breaks my damn heart. It is not the end I wanted but it's bitter sweet form gives more depth to what came before.

After Absolute Batman, this is now my favourite Absolute. It's the only other Absolute that touches on darkness to the some degree as Absolute Batman. It is dark, visceral and uncompromising. A horror mystery with a DC backdrop. Absolutely fantastic.
