I wonder if Lemire has ever written a series with good pacing in his life. The story and art remain intriguing, but for goodness sake, what a terrible pace!

Unfortunately, the weakest issue thus far. Fortunately, however, the series has been so great up until this point that this was still really good. This does feel like something that could have been a bit more condensed, but I'm not mad at what we got at all. Latorre continues to be great on the interiors, and I loved a lot of the shots throughout this. I'm just hoping this picks back up a bit with the next issue.

I’m really enjoying this story.
But this is a seriously decompressed issue.
Some of the art looks fantastic. Some of it looks rushed.
Two pages spend on a mediocre double page spread that added nothing to the story. -
