This continues to be amongst the best comics running, if not the best. The development and reveal for Quinn is marvelous. The plotting with Grimm is fantastic. Th e reveal at the end, real or not, is exhilarating. I simply cannot wait for the animated show of this series. It could very well end up one of the greatest western cartoons ever. more

This series has been hit or miss but this was definitely a hit. Although the ending does have me worried on whether or not King will be able to successfully land this.

Maybe the next issue will be more engrossing but this was not a great start. Art is cool but not enough to fill in the lack of dialogue. I don’t really even know what’s happening yet.

This feels like a very forced retcon for the upcoming issue 1000. It's powerful don't get me wrong. May keeping this all this time makes sense in context. It's devastating. I hope it doesn't all turn out to be a fake out. That would be the most tragic. I also just don't see what it really adds to the world of Spider-Man. Is this going to be a recurring element or just a one off to sell an issue? T hat's my hang up. The art and the writing are very good, even if the main story is interjected with a weird villains bidding on other villains tools thing we've seen in countless books before. I really wish Gleason would just stick on Spider-Man for a long time. He does it so well.more

Best issue in awhile. Sometimes these books read too quickly but this one felt very full and emotional. Still one of the best series of the last decade.

Proof that bad and woke comics can be successful.

I’m a simple man. I like a big cool fight occasionally. Not ever book needs to be a masterwork. It’s okay to just have fun sometimes and this is that.

Wonderful. Lemire continues to nail this run.

Not as interesting as the first issue imo. But my god is the art so beautiful that it doesn’t even matter.

Lee’s art is the best part and even that feels like he read the script and said”why waste my time on this?” Does anyone actually want a part 2? At this point I rather have more of frank millers all star run. Loeb is a great writer but this further proves that even he misses, he misses big. The dialogue is terrible and cheesy. The plot is nonsense. And not a single character feels like themselves. Bane, arguably one of bats’ smartest strategic villains, just runs in headfirst. This is trash just let it die. more

I didn’t pick up these series expecting it to be this fun and interesting. This was a solid end to a really great series.

A 10 to counter Masked Marvel's inevitable review bombing.

Hopefully this is the start of getting ASM back on the right track. Brian seems like he could be a fun villain as well. It’s not a perfect issue but you’d have to be an absolute loser to give it a 1.0. Especially without an explanation or allowing people to comment and call you out.

The car crash and the ending was a little unbelievable but f@&# it! The art is great and this was a fun issue. It's okay to have an issue occasionally that doesn't make a great stride forward in the story. It's okay to just enjoy reading sometimes haha.
