This time the focus is more on the limitations and concerns of such power and its effect on one man, even one with access to the Speed Force. Green Arrow makes a lot of good counterarguments to Wally’s use of this new power, and you can see both men’s points. That’s not something you can always say when two heroes are on opposing sides of an issue. Read Full Review

this is some mature writing that talks about the benefits of stopping crimes before they happen, but hte consequences. Ryan North gets Wally west well (more htan Simon Spurrier), and the art is still solid. The issue is very entertaining and still sharp as expected.

One of the downsides of dc current very strong output is that some amazing series are being overlooked. I feel like nobody is talking about Zatanna, Superman, deathstroke and the flash, all amazing runs with cool art and clever ideas. The flash is easily the one with the most unique premise. I love the “flashes of insight”
Concept, a fresh idea that can steer the series in a interesting direction. North also gets Wally and their Art matches the story well. Highly recommended if you have time and money to spare after buying all the flashy (no pun intended) absolute and vertigo issues. -
