It's rushed and mostly senseless. The whole story is kinda pointless and you won't really get 99 villains, there are only a few notable ones. The beginning was painful to read and the conclusion pretty much ruined the story for me, but there were good Spidey monologues in-between and at some points the artwork was really good. But only at some... Overall it was not that good and insanely simple where it wasn't justified. By the way, sometimes I was getting a feeling that it was David Mack here and there, but no, Marco Rudy was seemingly just inspired by him... I think the story really had some potential, but it definitely was wasted.
