Aug 25, 2010If it weren't for Ryp's art, much of this issue would fall flat, but he makes the uninspired plot much livelier and funnier than it has any right to be. Milligan's writing does pick up in the third act as he delivers an unexpected ending, making for a solid overall issue. Read Full Review

I really don't like how all these one-shots feature some random and not that interesting nobodies while the Punisher is just a side character. The story wasn't really bad, but it's hard to give it a higher rating.
