Sep 16, 2026Spider-Man: Long Way Home #3 continues to impress as a showcase for Adam Kubert, whose ambitious layouts and explosive Hulk sequences make the comic feel huge. Unfortunately, the story underneath those visuals remains frustratingly thin. The comic barely explores character motivations, Spider-Man's involvement with S.H.I.E.L.D. feels underdeveloped, and Punisher's plan amounts to little more than delaying the inevitable. It's a gorgeous comic that can get your adrenaline pumping, but by issue three, Hickman's story needs to give Kubert's spectacular artwork more substance to work with. Read Full Review

No ones even reading this mess of a book. 2 reviews total? Hickman and Kubert on a Hulk, Spiderman and Punisher book. you'd think it cant lose. well Hickman said hold my beer in his biggest flop since the POS title Wolverine Revenge. Christ sakes does this book have any story at all ? and for $5.99? this book is the drizzling shits and not worth the paper its printed on. shame on you Marvel and Jonathan Hickman.
