In the dying days of the American frontier, a young woman journeys into the unknown to claim a legacy she never asked for—and may not survive.

June Buckley’s father was a monster in life. In death, he may be something worse. Summoned alongside a group of treacherous heirs, June is forced to traverse the same brutal path that built her father's empire.

The Dirt Beneath the Devil #1 is an amazing opening issue for the series that will surely trap readers’ interest in reading more of the series. The mysteries that this issue either straight out tells us or implies are enough to peek even the most jaded readers’ interest. The premise that is laid out here in the first issue is intriguing, but when you know that Panosian obviously has more in store for us that jacks the intrigued levels all the way up. This should be a slam dunk pick up at the shop or Neon Ichiban this week. As a matter of fact, make sure to add this one to your Pull List as you won’t want to miss a single issue of this series. 'The Dirt Beneath the Devil' #1 mixes a solid premise (with not enough western vibes) and great dynamics (with uncertain genre trappings) to be a decent enough start for this dramatic trail ride. Read Full Review
