Fantastic character development between both star characters really brings meaning to the story, as well as adding much more potential to stories to come. As one of the most popular parts of the greater TMNT Universe there is always an added pressure to the storytelling. This one-shot doesn’t just meet expectations, but it exceeds them in a lot of ways due to the emotionally relatable story. If you were a fan of the original The Last Roninseries, there is no reason why you shouldn't check this out—it's full of heart, emotion, and the Turtle Power that we all love so much.
