The Fandom Post - Chris Beveridge
Sep 23, 2026The JLU book hasn’t felt listless per se, but it hasn’t felt like it’s had a solid direction. We get teases of the larger Omega storyline from time to time, which keeps people reading, but it is admittedly mostly just a big action book. I always hope for a bit more from it in terms of character, but that’s hard to do when it’s a normal amount of members, never mind now. We do get some decent stuff from those without their own books, like Ray and Airwave, but it’s mostly focused on doing the big action things. The space-based storyline is probably the best way to do it, but I’m still just kind of side-eying the whole storing powers away thing that they’ve plugged for a bit. It all works at this point on the strength of the artwork, however, since seeing what Dan Mora can do with a juiced up Mr Terrific is admittedly exciting. Read Full Review
