Plot
Dick Tracy encounters an old World War II comrade named Carl Climer, who works with British Intelligence. Meanwhile, a group of female bandits called the Summer Sisters are carrying out a string of successful robberies, resulting in numerous police deaths. Both events are connected to Dick Tracy's past and the Nazis.
