The Flash Vol. 1: The Dastardly Death of the Rogues is an entertaining story that reintroduces the character after Flash Rebirth. Francis Manapul's art gets the job done, although his work would become even better during the New 52 era.
The whole story feels like a setup for future storylines, planting many of the doubts and conflicts that Barry Allen will eventually face on the road to Flashpoint.
The Secret Files material is fine, mainly because of the character guide for the new volume, but there's nothing particularly remarkable about it.+ Like • Comment -
