    SCARLETT COUTURE: THE MUNICH FILE #5 brings the arc to a close when Scarlett and her mother fight to escape a yacht about to explode. Taylors art is bright and energetic, and the story (technically) ties up all the major threads, but the number of open-ended conclusions and the lack of a wow moment feel less than satisfying.
