Mar 08, 2025While Sarasa is positive and cheerful to a fault, there are some moments of character development in this first volume that are excellently executed, particularly of one of the professors whose backstory is explored brilliantly. This manga will appeal to readers who are themselves thespians or fans of the theatrical arts, including those who are interested in set and costume designs. The "twist" ending of this volume may come as a shock to some readers, but will be a narrative payoff for those who paid attention to Sarasa's vignettes throughout the volume, and it very well could hook readers who were only casually interested until that point.
