The Fandom Post - Chris Beveridge

I won’t say this is a decompressed series as it’s basically following some familiar fairy tale kind of material, but it’s one that definitely wants you to engage with the artwork. The opening sequence with Somner taking down the dragon is just striking, and you can easily imagine this coming from something like Studio WIT to great effect. The mix of journeys is pretty engaging if you include Elsethriel as well, as each of the women are odng their best to survive and move forward toward their goals. A lot of the dialogue is kept mostly to what Winter is facing, but it just made the quieter storyline with Somner all the more engaging as you look for clues in the action and designs there.
