Sep 30, 2026Venom #262 gives Mary Jane's time as Venom a fitting sendoff while resolving some of the biggest questions surrounding their relationship. Al Ewing wisely gives MJ and Venom space to confront what happened with Torment, reaching an answer that acknowledges the complicated nature of their bond. MJ also plays an important role in the confrontation with Knull, keeping her central as her era winds down. Carlos Gómez makes excellent use of MJ's history and brings real intensity to conversations that are largely taking place inside a mindscape. The epilogue makes the changing of the guard unmistakable, but MJ leaves the symbiote having formed a relationship that mattered. Read Full Review
