Sep 30, 2026Tomb of Apocalypse #2 continues to make a convincing case for Jubilee as the real star of this miniseries. Ashley Allen gives her a strong dynamic with Rictor and Shatterstar, using the tomb's escalating trials to show just how capable she's become. Wolverine's eventual arrival reinforces that growth by allowing Jubilee to take charge rather than falling back into their old mentor-student dynamic. Domenico Carbone and Fer Sifuentes-Sujo give the tomb an appropriately strange atmosphere, with impressive energy effects and a strong final reveal. The larger mystery remains frustratingly distant, but the character work makes the journey through the tomb plenty entertaining. Read Full Review
