Jan 16, 2026After the big lore dump of last volume, get ready for more! This one gets into the age old struggle for power between the monarchs and rulers, and because of the similarities of the terms, it was a bit I had to read twice. There are some consequential decisions in this one that make me wish this really was a was a video game where I could play out the different choices and see which one really is the “correct” choice, but the power of good storytelling in this volume is I don’t know what the consequences are for Jinwoo, and I'm excited to see the outcomes.
