Sep 29, 2026Hammerfist #2 keeps the pressure on with an extended escape sequence that allows Steve Epting to deliver some excellent visual storytelling. Rick Remender’s noir-heavy narration works particularly well as Mike learns the hard way just how strange and dangerous this town really is. The lack of answers makes the issue more of an action set piece than a plot-progressing chapter, but the relentless pursuit and hive-mind concept are compelling enough to keep the mystery moving.
