This issue takes place BEFORE the events of issue one and finally gives us a glimpse into the super-spy life of Duke before reinstating the Joe team. Better yet, this overseas adventure pits the Joe Sergeant against Cobra's most ruthless British mercenary, Major Bludd. Retailers, this is a stand-alone issue and a great jumping-on point for readers who missed the first story arc.
