    While not as bombastically fun as its debut last month, DC x Sonic the Hedgehog: The Metal Legion #2 manages to find new ways to endear itself to readers, mostly by making the villains the star this time around. With fun interplay between Lex and Dr. Eggman, as well as Catwoman and Rouge, it’s easy to forget that not very much happens. That’s not a real problem though because the characterization is so well done and the final page reveal is intriguing enough to carry the book. Read Full Review

    The collaboration continues to be fun. Sonic would have been inspired by many of the same things that helped to inspire the DC universe over the years. So the two universes are very compatible. However, the oversimplification of good versus evil feels less than engaging beyond the initials, superficial fund of the twists and turns in the plot. And there are far too many characters in the ensemble to really be all that satisfying to anyone who isn't necessarily a big fan of Lex Luthor. He does appear to be the center of this particular issue. Although Eggman seems pretty prominent as well. Read Full Review
