Kind of a mess overall. I like a few panels but the action just turns into a complete undecipherable mess. The splash pages look great but it's a mixed bag on the art front. In terms of story, considering this is a one-off issue in an anthology series, it doesn't have anything really gripping to make it stand out. Batman hunts a man down who is fleeing from the cops and Gotham onto an incoming helicopter so he has to make it to the top of his booby trapped building swarming with guards before he leaves. Batman makes it to the top right as the helicopter gets there, the bad guy stops paying attention and gets his head cut off by the blades. Batman says nothing and leaves.
