This finale is filled with a ton of fanservice that readers will love. But even with all the fanservice the story doesn’t lose itself in just being about that. All the fanservice works into the payoff we get with the narrative we’ve had going on with not just the Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles but also Lord Zedd and Shredder’s forces.
