All in all, I highly recommend this book. If you are a fan of the old Starman series, you have probably already bought this issue. But if not, I recommend you purchase it. Yes, it's not Batman. Yes, it's not Superman. It's just a book trying to tell a good story with very interesting characters.

So overall, it is an okay setup for the new book, but is very slow. Like I mentioned, I am a huge fan of Tim Drake and Bart Allen, so if you are a fan of a certain character in this book, I recommend it only because most likely this will be the only book you will find them in.
